SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping on all orders for masks and neck straps is a flat rate of $5.
First Class shipping on all mitten orders is free of charge to all 50 USA states and the District of Columbia via the United States Postal Service. Orders will be shipped the day after they are placed. Worldwide
shipping is via USPS using First Class International packaging and is determined by weight.
International buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Custom policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays
beyond the orginial delivery estimates.
WHAT SIZE ARE OUR MITTENS?
Our adult mittens, depending on the design, may be offered in:
• Adult Small: 9 inches from top to bottom of cuff
• Adult Medium: 10 inches from top to bottom of the cuff
• Adult Large: best fit for men, 11 inches from top to bottom of the cuff.
If you need a size that's significantly smaller or larger, contact us to see
if we can create a special order for you.
WHAT SIZE ARE OUR MASKS?
Most men will wear an adult large.
Most women and bigger kids, an adult small.
Most children 10 and under, kids size.
You can confirm sizing by following these sizing instructions.
Using a flexible tape measure, starting 1 inch from either ear, wrap the tape horizontally from there across the bridge of your nose until stopping 1 inch from opposite ear.
Take the tape measure and again, starting at the bridge of your nose, measure vertically down to just below your chin.
The first set of inches listed next to each size is the vertical measurement. The second set of inches is the horizontal measurement.
Adult large - 7.5 inches x 11.5 inches
Adult small and big kids - 6.5 inches x 10 inches
Kids (small children over age 2) - 5.5 inches x 9 inches
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase,
if an item is misrepresented or arrives damaged. Refunds, minus shipping costs, will only be issued
AFTER we have received the returned, original order. All returns must in the original condition,
(NEW, UNWORN, CLEAN) and in the same or comparable packaging.
Mittens purchased between Nov. 1, 2017, and Dec. 25, 2017, may be returned on or before Jan. 8, 2017.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Delivery confirmation and tracking numbers are included for all USA orders. Delivery confirmation is included in all shipments going to the following countries, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland. There is no delivery confirmation available for all other countries.
All custom-made items are a final sale and cannot be refunded, unless an error was made on our part.
